Phat Flops is commited to keeping your information private. All information on this site is encrypted to ensure safety and privacy during transmission.
Returns, Replacements and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return your item in new condition for a full refund, less shipping charges. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please use the "Contact Us" form to request an RMA number. Your refund/exchange will be processed when the item is received by Phat Flops. Additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges of used items.
If you have a problem with your buckles or ribbon coming loose within the first 30 days after purchase we will be happy to fix them at no additional charge. You are responsible for shipping them back to us as soon as the problem occurs. If your buckles or ribbons come loose after the first 30 days you can send them back and we will fix them for a $5.00 charge plus all shipping costs.
Product Quality
Every pair of Phat Flops is handmade. No two pairs will be exactly alike. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us so please know that every item is quality inspected before it is shipped. We use only the finest products: Brazilian flip flops, high quality ribbons and embellishments.
